Policies

Timely Arrival: Please arrive15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Guests arriving 15 minutes late or more may be asked to re-schedule. Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellations. Services cancelled 24 hours or less may be charged 50% of the total service costs. Multiple Parties: Parties of 3 or more clients may be required to place a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service cost at time of appointment. Payment: Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, local personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Gratuities are not included in our services or package pricing and are given at your discretion (15% to 20% is customary). Returned checks will be charged a $45 fee. Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have a one year expiration date from the date of purchase. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged in any way. Purchase in person or by phone. Parking: On street parking is available in front of building and abundant municipal parking is available behind the building.
