Our salon was established in 1969 in the Village of Liverpool, NY. We were known as Village Hair Stylists for 15 years. Back then we understood that excellence in our staff was the best way to grow a business. Men's Cuts
It's a longstanding tradition and Mr. Frank is not about to change it. Our Men's cuts are $5 everyday at each of our salons. Our staff is so dedicated to this service that we proudly offer any style of Men's cuts clearly below our competition and as always guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Women's Styles
Women's hair styles are so much more involved than bringing in a picture or referencing a celebrity look. Our stylists pride themselves on being able to give you the look you desire in a fashion that suits you as an individual.
