Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your first scheduled appointment.

Cancellation

Last-minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be required to provide us with a credit card for your next service appointment. 50% of the service charge will be charged to the card if you fail to cancel your appointments within 24 hours.

Children

We need to be considerate of the other customers in the salon. Kids under the age of 12 need to supervised at all times. Parents cannot get a service while kids are unsupervised.
